Circulation heaters consist of either a screwplug or flange immersion heater mounted in a pipe vessel. These complete units are designed to heat flowing liquids or gases. Ideal for side-arm or in-line applications, the medium being heated is directed past the GLO-QUARTZ® heating elements allowing for quick response, even heat distribution and accurate process temperature control. Each assembly is equipped with: heating elements, insulated pipe vessel, terminal enclosure, mounting blocks, inlet/outlet connections, and drain plug. Because of their compact size, circulation heaters are easy to install and maintain with minimal time and labor. GLO-QUARTZ® can build circulation heaters for new applications or replicate existing designs for direct replacements.
